تشرح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل موقع «معركة ما بعد البيع» مع بياناتك عندما تسجّل اهتمامك بالكتاب.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- البريد الإلكتروني (مطلوب).
- الاسم الأول (اختياري).
- اللغة المفضلة والاهتمام (إطلاق الكتاب) ومصدر التسجيل.
- وقت موافقتك ونسخة نص الموافقة التي وافقت عليها.
لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط للتتبع، ولا تعمل أدوات التحليلات افتراضيًا. وإن فُعِّلت لاحقًا فلن تتضمن بريدك الإلكتروني أو أي معلومة شخصية.
لماذا نجمعها
لإرسال أخبار إطلاق الكتاب والنسخة التنفيذية ورسائل متفرقة مرتبطة بإطار TRUST، ولإثبات موافقتك.
الأساس: موافقتك
أساس المعالجة هو موافقتك الصريحة عبر مربع الموافقة في النموذج. يمكنك سحبها في أي وقت.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببياناتك لمدة [24 شهرًا — عدّل هذه المدة] أو حتى تطلب الحذف أو تلغي الاشتراك، أيهما أسبق. عند إلغاء الاشتراك نحتفظ بسجل مختصر يمنع مراسلتك مجددًا.
عدم بيع البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجرها. تُخزَّن في قاعدة بيانات Cloudflare D1، وقد نستعين مستقبلًا بمزود بريد إلكتروني لإرسال الرسائل وفق هذه السياسة.
إلغاء الاشتراك
سيحتوي كل بريد على رابط إلغاء اشتراك بنقرة واحدة. يمكنك أيضًا مراسلتنا لطلب الإلغاء.
طلب حذف بياناتك
راسلنا عبر وسيلة التواصل أدناه وسنحذف بياناتك أو نُخفي هويتها خلال [30 يومًا — عدّل هذه المدة].
اختبار نضج TRUST
تُحتسب نتيجة الاختبار داخل متصفحك. لا نحفظ إجاباتك أو نتيجتك، ولن نحفظها مستقبلًا إلا إذا وافقت على ذلك صراحةً.

This policy explains how “The Battle After the Sale” website handles your data when you register your interest in the book.
Data we collect
- Email address (required).
- First name (optional).
- Preferred language, interest (book launch) and sign-up source.
- The time of your consent and the version of the consent text you agreed to.
We do not use tracking cookies, and analytics tools are off by default. If enabled later, they will not include your email or any personal information.
Why we collect it
To send news of the book launch and the Executive Edition and occasional messages related to the TRUST framework, and to keep a record of your consent.
Legal basis: your consent
Processing is based on your explicit consent, given through the consent checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Retention
We keep your data for [24 months — edit this period] or until you ask for deletion or unsubscribe, whichever is sooner. After you unsubscribe we keep a minimal record so that you are not contacted again.
No sale of data
We do not sell or rent your data. It is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, and we may later use an email service provider to deliver messages in line with this policy.
Unsubscribing
Every email will include a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also contact us to ask to be removed.
Requesting deletion

TRUST Maturity Assessment
The assessment result is calculated inside your browser. We do not store your answers or result, and will not do so in future unless you explicitly agree.
